NA Defense Contracting Command – Washington, on behalf of U.S. Army Cost Economic Analysis Center (USACEAC), intends to negotiate a purchase order, on a sole source basis, with ABC Technologies, Inc. USACEAC is supporting 11 Business Areas with OROS ABC soft ware throughout CONUS and OCONUS. USACEAC has previously obtained over $5M of OROS ABC Software. This requirement is for 8 OROS 5.5 Scorecards, 3 licenses per Scorecard and the associated Premium Technical Support for one year. The objective of this req uirement is to obtain OROS automation software in support of the Military Police law enforcement mission. The OROS software is proprietary to ABC Technologies.
