The US Army Medical Command, Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, has a requirement for assorted sizes of Voyager OTW Balloons, Mini-Vision RX Stents, Vision RX Stents. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order for this requi rement. The suggested contractor is Abbott Vascular, 3200 Lakeside Dr., Santa Clara, CA 95054-2807. One each 2.0X15 Voyager OTW Balloon; one each 2.0X20 Voyager OTW Balloon; one each 2.0X8 Mini-Vision RX Stent; one each 2.0X15 Mini-Vision TX Stent; two each 2.25X8 Mini-Vision RX Stents, one each 2.25X12 Mini-Vision RX Stent; two each 2.25X18 Mini-Vision RX Stents; two each 2.5X8 Mini-Vision RX Stents; one each 2.5X12 Mini-Vision RX Stent; two each 2.5X15 Mini-Vision RX Stents; one each 2.5X18 Mini-Vision RX Stent; one each 2.75X12 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.0X12 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.0X15 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.0X18 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.5X12 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.5X15 Vision RX Stent; one each 3.5X18 Vision RX Stent; one each 4.0X8 Vision RX Stent; and one each 4.0X18 Vision RX Stent. Material is to be utilized by The Heart Center, Cardiology and Cardiothoracic Services, Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA 30905-5650. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and delivery time.
