The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the U. S. Army Cost and Economic Analysis Center, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1)  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service s will satisfy agency requirements, to Calibre Systems, Inc., 6354 Walker Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22310-3252 to provide support to the Army Performance Management Coordinator in the development and implementation of a performance management system for the United States Army, and integration of cost and performance management. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 20 February 2008 through 30 April 2008.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
