This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Bio-Rad Laboratories for the purchase of Lab Supplies  Liquichek Immunoassay Plus Control, Level 1-3, Liquichek Cardiac markers Control Lt, Level 1-3, Liquid Unassayed Mul tiqual, Level 1 and 3, Liquichek Urine Chemistry Control, Level 1 and 2, Liquichek Qualitative Urine Tox, Negative and Positive, Quantify Plus Control, Bilevel Bottle, Liquicheck Ethanol/ammonia Control, Level 1-3, Liquichek Spinal fluid Control, Level 1 a nd 2, Lyphochek Fertility Control, Level 3, TOX/SEE 9-Drug Screen Panel, Unity Web Annual Subscription and Unity Web Connect Annual Subscription. These items are essential to the to clinical setting to assess validity of results from automated testing sys tem(s), screen patients suspected of abusing drugs, and monitor test systems to proactively identify trends that may negatively impact patients results. This notice is a sole source requirement for Dewitt Army Hospital, Department of Pathology, Fort Belvo ir Virginia; Contract Number W91YTZ-08-P-0028.
