NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR ROSEMOUNT FURNITURE The Army Contracting Agency (ACA)/Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to issue an award to Rosemount Office Systems c/o Pepersack Design LLC, Lakeville, MN 55044-9035. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). In addition Federal Business Opportunity numbered note 22 applies to this requirement as well. The award is to provide the Office of U.S. Army Human Resources Command with systems furniture, installation and reconfiguration of existing furniture. Interested vendors may view and respond to the Description of Suppiles and Services document at the following location http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfps/docs/W91WAW-6346-0001_Doc_001.xls. The period of performance for this effort is date of award plus 90 days. Interested p ersons may submit capability statements no later than 15 December 2006 02:00 pm EST. The capability statements should include the company name, address, contact information, business size and an explanation of how the requirements delineated in the Descri ption of suppiles and services can be met by your organization. Individual responses containing company proprietary information mus t be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government.
