The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for the following: 1 each 1188 HD CCU, 1 each SERFAS Energy Console, 1 each SDC Ultra and Printer, 1 each Core Console, 1 each 5.0MM X 10 FT Clear Case Fiberoptic Light Cable, 1 each X8000 Lightsource, 2 each 21 Visionelect Flat Panel Monitor, 1 each Standard Video Cart Kit, 2 each Autoclavable Arthroscope Sterilization Tray (holds 2 scopes), and 2 each Packing, Formula 180 Shaver (Hand Control). The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Stryker Corporation, DBA Stryker Endoscopy, 5900 Optical Court, San Jose, CA 95138-1400.

However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
