Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Financial Management and Comptroller, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1  Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Calibre Systems, Inc., 6354 Walker Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22310-3252 to provide support to the Army Performance Management Coor dinator for DMRD 904c post-implementation performance tracking for monitoring and analyzing Stock Funding of Depot Level Reparables (SFDLR) activity. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a three month period of performance (1 March 2008 through 30 May 2008.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
