The Army Contracting Agency (ACA) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to The Peregrine Fund, 5668 West Flying Hawk Lane, Boise, ID 83709, pursuant to FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source for ( 2) two hack  release towers and (8) Aplomado Falcons. The Peregrine Fund is authorized and permitted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to propagate, possess, or release the Aplomado Falcon in the United States. The young falcons will be provided i n accordance with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service permit to reintroduce the falcons to southern New Mexico.
