This notice hereby provided of the government requirement for a non-personal services for upper Extremity Prosthetics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC), Washington, DC. The proposed upper extremity Prosthetics non-personal services includes , but is not limited to providing the full range of prosthetic patient care, including, comprehensive evaluations, assembly and delivery of prostheses, and follow-up prosthetic care. Monitoring patients progress when repetitive prosthesis changes are requ ired and independently modifies or adjust the prosthesis based on the patients needs. Must be able to foresee problems in a recommended prosthetic design, and will recommend changes after receiving the physicians prescriptions. Will resolve most prosthetic problems through clinical assessment, examination techniques, and physician consulta tion prior to completing prosthesis. The Government contemplates an award of an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity, fixed-price contract having a base term of one year and four (4) option terms of one (1) year each.
