NA Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army – Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase ord er on a sole source basis with Springfield LLC, 30 Jericho Executive Plaza, Suite 500E, Jericho, NY 11753. This effort is to provide the Government with 1,500 yards of USMC MARPAT woodland camouflage pattern on a plain weave aramid blend (92% Nome/5% Kevla r/3% P-140) fabric that conforms to the type II, class 5 requirements of MIL-C-83429B, dated May 26, 1993. A market survey was conducted and Springfield LLC was identified as the only known source currently producing this item and the only one who can meet the delivery requirement.
