This notice is posted as an intent to award a contract for commercial items. Functionality: Scanner Type: Sheetfeed; Document Handling: 500 Sheet Auto Document Feeder; Optical Resolution: 600 x 600 dpi Optical; Maximum Scan Size: 12 x 39.4; Bit Depth: 24-bit Color; 8-bit Grayscale; Color Scanning Speed: 95 ipm Duplex, 55 ppm S implex; Grayscale Scanning Speed: 180 ipm Duplex, 90 ppm Simplex; Connectivity: USB 2.0, SCSI-3; Environments: PC Compatible; Warranty: 90 Day Limited Parts and Labor b. Maintenance: CCF has a limited maintenace staff and having diffferent types of scanners requires to learn different systems. By having the same model scanner, maintenance costs can be reduced. c. The specifications in the purchase request cannot be altered, changed or substituted. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423430 and is associated with the small business size standard of 500 employees.
