NA This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis for 20 Ametek Power JEMSTAR for John H. Kerr Power Plant, Boyton, Virginia and Philpott Dam, Bassett, Virginia. The meters are a replacement upgrade to interface with the new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The requested meters support the protocol required by the new SCADA system.
