The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO), Special Services Division (SSD), Canine Section is currently in need of four untrained detector dog candidates. The purpose of this document is to provide vendors with the basic information needed for quoting prices for untrained detector dog candidates. This is a no-substitution IFB for the four untrained detector dog candidates.
