Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the Office of Track and Structures (TRST) requires purchase of 7,500 bags of Rapid Set Department of Transportation (DOT) Concrete Mix for use in structural concrete restoration. The vendor is required to deliver specified quantities of 60lb bags of Rapid Set DOT Concrete Mix, as requested by the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) or their designee. Delivery should not exceed specified quantities to guarantee material is utilized within the manufacturer's shelf life.
