The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: New LED Coachman fixtures on direct-bury fiberglass poles with new underground wire on John Street between Lafayette Street and Tillman Road. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0484L as prepared by Street Light Engineering for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
