The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Resurfacing of streets in Council Districts 4 & 5 by milling and resurfacing 1.5"- 3", asphalt patching as necessary, furnishing and adjusting new castings, adjusting existing castings/ water valve boxes and placement of new pavement markings all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0488A as prepared by Transportation Engineering Services for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
