This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 6140-01-433-1883 (BATTERY STORAGE) not to exceed 60 months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first.  This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 10/30/2013; however, **DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation.** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Joshua Anderson at 614 693 1510, or scanned and emailed to [email protected]

This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 6140.

This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).  Approved source is: INTERSTATE BATTERY SYSTEM(cage-0FA13).

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
