Solicitation N00421-15-T-0525 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with RED ROCK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. for 1-slot VME 128MB Flash Drive P/N: RRT-SPL2068-2, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This 1-slot VME 128MB Flash Drive is the only part that meets form, fit, function and is interoperable with the operational Board Support Package (BSP) required to support AN/UPX-29(V) projects.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

***Basis for Award***
The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis. All interested parties MUST submit their capabilities and a quote no later than 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on 21 Aug 2015. The Government will make a decision to consider other offers.
