The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for 946 each 32mm Laser Filter Units with Anti-Reflection Devices (AR D) in support of the U.S. Army 4x32 ACOG Rifle Scope. Items are sole source to Tenebraex Corporation 27 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA 02210-1722 due to they are the only current producer of the 32mm Laser Filter Unit with ARD.
