Any information provided to the Government in response to this document will become USPFO for Maine, Purchasing and Contracting office (Contracting office) property and will not be returned. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost associated with responding to this document.

The USPFO for Maine Purchasing and Contracting office in Augusta, ME is seeking sources capable of providing Anschutz Sprint Fortner target rifles and accessories per the attached equipment list. Certain items in the equipment list are indicated as brand name requirements to provide commonality with existing equipment. The Government intends to set-aside this requirement for small business.

Interested offerors should provide the following information at a minimum:
1. Capability of providing all listed equipment
2. Small business status
3. Projected lead time required for delivery of all end items after receipt of order.
