This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W22MPT32540076 is a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69.

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 451110 size standard $14.0 million.

General description of requirement: The Government's requirement is twelve (12) Anschutz match-grade biathlon rifles and accessories for a total of twelve (12) rifles. The details for each CLIN are included in the attached document titled Equipment Specifications. The items to be procured are specialized match grade rifles and supporting accessories. CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003 and 0004 are brand name requirements per the attached justification and approval document. CLINS 0005 through 0018 are Brand name or Equal requirements in accordance with FAR 11.104 -Use of Brand Name or Equal Purchase Descriptions (see attached document FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal). Accessories shall be compatible across all CLINS. Request Quotes be valid thru 31 October 2013. This purchase is Subject to Availability of Funds.

Date required: No later than 31 December 2013, shipping shall be FOB destination to USPFO for Kentucky, 120 Minuteman Parkway, Frankfort, KY 40601.
