Market Survey/Sources Sought Synopsis for firms that are capable of repairing the Gun Laying and Positioning System (GLPS), NSN 6675-01-430-1965. Repairs are in accordance with Military Specification MIL-PRF-53136. The system was procured to a perfo rmance specification with Vectronix Inc., and technical data is not available. This action will result in extending the period of performance for an additional year under the existing contract. Firms that recognize and can repair the system are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contract Specialist and/or Contracting Officer and provide the following information: company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, cage code, and indicate if the firm is large/ small/ s mall disadvantaged etc. All responses should be received by close of business 14 Jul 2006.
