This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The service to be accomplished under this contract covers the performance of the inspection and maintenance of the Fluoride and Chlorination Stations and UV- desinfection systems at Rose Barracks and Fitzthum Village in 92249 Vilseck, at 82487 Oberammergau and 82467 Garmisch- Partenkirchen.

The maintenance and inspection work shall only be performed by experienced personnel, which have adequate knowledge in the area of chlorination stations and water treatment plants due to technical education and experience and also is familiar with the appropriate national occupational health and safety regulations, guidelines, accident prevention regulations and general recognized rules for techniques (i.e. VDE-provisions, DIN-rules) to judge the operational safety of plants and devices to be maintained. All work needs to be performed in accordance to the manufacturer manuals and the maintenance directions.
The contractor needs to deliver a training certificate from the manufacturing company of the equipment to proof his qualification.

Die unter diesem Vertrag auszuf hrenden Arbeiten umfassen die berpr fung und Wartung der Fluor- und Chlorstationen, sowie UV-Desinfektionsanlagen in Rose Barracks und Fitzthum Village in 92249 Vilseck, in 82487 Oberammergau und 82467 Garmisch- Partenkirchen.

Die Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten m ssen durch sachkundiges Personal, die aufgrund Ihrer fachlichen Ausbildung und Erfahrung ausreichende Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet von Chlorungsanlagen und Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen haben und mit den einschl gigen staatlichen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften, Richtlinien, Unfallverh tungsvorschriften und allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik (z. B. VDE-Bestimmungen, DIN-Normen) so weit vertraut sind, dass sie den Zustand von den zu wartenden Anlagen beurteilen k nnen. Alle Arbeiten m ssen entsprechend den Anweisungen der Betriebsanleitungen in bereinkunft mit den Wartungsanweisungen durchgef hrt werden.
Als Nachweis der Fachkunde ist eine entsprechende Best tigung vom Hersteller der Anlagen zur Eignung des Auftragnehmers vorzulegen!
