The U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey on behalf of Project Manager - Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) Management services and gun maintenance/repairs with unique spare parts ordering on a sole source basis. This contract is in support of the Lightweight Howitzer (LW155) program. The Justification & Approval addresses that BAE Systems is the only source that can meet all Government requirements regarding the ICS Management services and gun maintenance/repairs with unique spare parts ordering.
