The proposed contract action is for 232 each M24 Sniper Rifles. The proposed action will result in an add-on to the existing contract which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. The item is proprietary to Remington Arms Company. The intended source is Remington Arms Company, 14 Hoefler Ave, Ilion, NY 13357. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
