The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the pre- solicitation notice: 1. The First Article sample is required 90 days after contract award, not 180 days as the announcement said. 2. Subject: Item is M240B/M249 and not M24. 3. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. Added Note 1,instead of Note 22. 4. Tech Data Packages will be released after the solicitation is issued in the week of 19 August 2007. 5. Closing date is now 13 August 2007. 6. Solicitation will be released around 21 August 2007.
