The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Negotiatons will be conducted with Beldam Crossley, Ltd, Bolton, UK as this is a unique military item and the above is the only company manufacturing a one-piece obturator design which meets the requirements - drawing is a source controlled drawing with only one approved source of supply. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a requesting competitive proposals, but to show interest.
