The Governemnt intends to issue a solicitation using the procedures described under FAR 6.302-1 to Aardvark Tactical, Inc of Azusa, Califirnia, the sole authorized federal distributor for Taser International. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.

FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 9 December 2009. This solicitation wil be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
