The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of a soldier pile wall, stormwater outfall, creek habitat and mitigation improvements and restoration of HMA, curb, gutter and sidewalk, and other work necessary to complete the project. Engineer’s Estimate for this work is $1,600,000 to $2,000,000.
