In order to meet its requirement to transfer encrypted data from JSE to Verification and Validation activities, NAWCAD requires 10G Layer 3 Cyber Capable Encryptorunits.

The units must have current certification from the National Security Agency for this use.

The requirement must support Layer 3 transfer at 10 Gbps throughput.
