NAVSUP FLC San Diego intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to NWS Corporation. The Government has a need to procure 10Mb Bandwidth services for Commander, EODEU One. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Applicable NAICS Code is 517410 and the associated size standard is $15M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22.
