This notice advises that the AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order to National Safety Council, 1121 Spring Lake Dr, Itasca, IL 60143-3200 for 12 Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving Courses under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) calendar days of this announcement. Responses are due No Later Than 2 September 2010, 11:00AM Mountain Standard Time.
