The Contractor shall provide replenishment of Spare Parts, reliability inventory, end of life items, fourth level piece parts and Special Support Equipment approved by the Government for Fire Control Systems MK 98 Mods 0,1 and 4 and associated Guidance and Fire Control Support Equipment. Determination as to the required Spare Parts shall be made by the cognizant Government Inventory Logistics Manager or SP2323. These parts shall be incorporated under Exhibit A by contract modification. Efforts shall be performed in accordance with the T9001B checklist dated January 6, 2004 Fire Control Type, BOA Column or as required by contract modification.
