The Government intends to award under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. Only Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control Orlando possesses the technical expertise, data and experience necessary to execute this requirement.
