Provide service of transferring Halon extinguishing agent from old 150lb aircraft flightline fire extinguishers to newly purchased flightline extinguishers, using the required listed halon closed recovery system, ensure the agent is not contaminated and use agent to refill newly purchased 150lb flightline extinguishers Per NFPA 10.
