This is the solicitation for the Jawbone Creek Fence project. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to build 13,728 feet of three-wire fence and dismantle and remove from FS lands 1.9 miles of existing fence in the Jawbone Flat area.  The project is located in Township 1S Range 18E, Sections 4 and 5 and T1N R18E, Sections 29,32 &33 (Duckwall Quadrangle).

Due to the Covid-19 travel and assembly restrictions there will not be a formal site visit for this project.  A conference call site visit will be held on 07 May 2020 at 09:00 A.M. Award will be made using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Award will be made to the offeror whose acceptable offer provides the best value to the government, considering price and the non-price factors. Non-price evaluation factors include past performance, capability of offeror.
