The U.S. Army, Office of the Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (OPM-MAS), Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey anticipates soliciting a sole source, firm fixed price requirement under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) (ii) to Olin-Winchester located in East Alton, IL. This effort will provide Caliber .50 Sabot Light Armor Penetrators M903 and Sabot Light Armor Penetrator Tracers M962 linked 4 to 1, and Sabot Light Armor Penetrator Tracers M962 in bulk packs. This effort will consist of one production year with options for an additional four production years. The Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement.
