NAVICP Mechanicsburg, PA contemplates the acquisition through Reverse Auction Procedures. The contractor shall rework a basic quantity of MJU-32/B Flare, Decoy and MJU-38/B Flare, Decoy with possible option quantities. All flares will meet the requirements of OES-3006 Rev E with the exception of paragraph 4.5.1.2.1 (Infrared Output of the flare grain). All Drawings and specifications contained in ADL 30003-3904AS100-A and 30003-3905AS100- shall be applicable.
