Pyrotechnic Specialities, Inc., is to provide the FBI with 2,500 MK141 MODO Diversionary Devices. There is also to be a Quantity Option of 1,250 devices to be purchased within a six-month time frame. FOB-Destination to FBI Academy, Quantico, VA. Based on market research via the FEDBIZOPPS and the World Wide Web sites it has been determined that the FBI’s requirement for the MK141 MODO Diversionary Devices can only be provided by Pyrotechnic Specialities, Inc.., because they are the only known vendor authorized to produce the required devices.
