1. The requirement for top and bottom venting is desired for the Tactical andPractice Stun Hand Grenade, but not required. 2. The Practice Grenade and Tactical Grenade have to meet the same performancecriteria, of a minimum of 1 million candle power, and a sound output of 170-180 bd. Both the Practice Grenade and Tactical Grenade must meet thesecriteria, but do not have to have identical results in achieving theserequirements." 3. The structure of the grenade (metallic or plastic) is up to vendor, and isrequired to have NO Lethal Fragments.
