Request for additional Information (RFI) for Precision Guidance Kit (PGK)Increment 2 to supplement RFI #W15QKN-08-X-0371. The US Army Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command (JM&LLCMC) Acquisition Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is consideringalternative PGK-2 implementation strategies for operational and training usethat include procuring much larger quantities per year than currently plannedand desires to get information from respondents on the rough order ofmagnitude unit costs for PGK-2 associated with possible implementationscenarios identified below: Scenario 1 - Quantity of 10-20k/yr all GPS SAASM with AJ capabilityScenario 2 - Quantity of 50k/yr all GPS SAASM with AJ capabilityScenario 2b - Quantity of 50k/yr with 50% that are GPS SAASM with AJcapability and 50% w/o GPS SAASM and AJScenario 3 - Quantity of 100k/yr all GPS SAASM with AJ capabilityScenario 3b - Quantity of 100k/yr with 25% that are GPS SAASM with AJcapability and 75% w/o GPS SAASM and AJScenario 4 - Quantity of 150k/yr all GPS SAASM with AJ capabilityScenario 4b - Quantity of 150k/yr with 20% that are GPS SAASM with AJcapability and 80% w/o GPS SAASM and AJ Contractors are advised that no funding will be provided for preparation ofthe ROMS. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only, and doesnot constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as acommitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of thisRFI. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to theGovernment. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part,any private sector input as a result of this RFI. The Government is notobligated to notify respondents of the results of this RFI.
