This SOLICITATION will be issued to ULTRA ELECTRONIC MEARSUREMENT SYS INC., 50 BARNESPARK N. SUITE 102 WALLINGFORD, CT 06492, (Cage Code 22978). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date
stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 100 days after contract
award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all
