NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for SR 121 End Formers in accordance with Drawing 90C-Y-014 PC#1. Ten (10) each First Articles due 45 days after date of contract, 160 each (Base Year) production quantity due 90 days after First Article approved. Four (4) stepladder option years with 1-100, 101-200, 201-300, 301-400, 401-500 and 500+ quantities each year. Option quantity to be delivered 160 each 45 days after exercise of option, with 160 each every 60 days thereafter until all deliveries for Option are complete. Award will be based on Best Value using the following factors in order of importance: Management and Quality Assurance, Technical comprehension, Facilities and Equipment, Past Performance and Price.
