THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; the written solicitation is attached and quotes are being requested. Solicitation number W912LC-16-T-5011 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 effective 15 August 2016. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Replacement Furniture for the 140th Maintenance Group, Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO. Please reference solicitation # W912LC-16-T-5011 on all correspondence. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the response date. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing postdate. PARTIAL PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIABILITY OF FUNDS IAW FAR 52.232-18

Please provide the following:

Office furniture for offices in two different buildings in accordance with the attached Statement of Need

SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF NEED FOR INDIVIDUAL ROOM REQUIREMENTS.

VENDORS WHO ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED ENTRY ACCESS LISTING (EAL) FOR ACCESS TO BUCKLEY AFB AND SUBMIT TO [email protected] BY 9:00 AM, 30 August 2016.

Due Dates:

EAL due by 30 August 2016 at 9:00 A.M. MST (Vendors submitting the form after this cutoff will be ineligible to attend the site visit)

Site Visit will be held on 7 September 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at 18860 E. Breckenridge Ave Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO 80011. Vendors must report to the entrance gate no later than 8:30 A.M. to ensure access to the base.
