Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract with Pall Aeropower Corporation, 10540 Ridge Road, New Port Richey FL 34654 for duct diffusers, cross shaft seals and a special purpose cable assembly for the Engine Air Particle Separato rs (EAPS) for the CH47. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one, or a limited number of sources under th e authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Note 22). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government no t to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
