The Army Contracting Command-Redstone anticipates a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification to existing contract W58RGZ-09-C-0153 for repair and conversion of one (1) MQ-1C Gray Eagle Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Block 0 aircraft to a Not For Flight (NFF) status version of the Block 0 UWA97000-6 configuration (2.0L) engine. The aircraft will be used for maintenance training. The associated NAICS code is 336411, and the applicable size standard is 1,500 employees. The procurement is planned for award on a sole source basis to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., Poway, CA 92064, CAGE Code 0YJB5. The authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) , as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
