DESCRIPTION: ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Adam Mountain, Contract Specialist, email: [email protected]. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX4F0570AX; NOUN: Stabilator; NSN: 1560-01-542-7904; P/N: 70200-07801-101; Min/Max qty of 115/315 each on a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 115 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 50 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 115 each 175 DACA and up to 50 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.
