SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION FOR WINGS OVER WAYNE 2007 Tora Tora Tora Commemorative Air Force RFQ# FA4809-07-Q-0087 The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Tora Tora Tora Commemorative Air Force. The required service is to do an aerial performance replicating a World War II Japanese Aircraft Attack consisting of pyrotechnics and eight (8) Japanese Aircraft for Wings over Wayne Air Show 2007. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competitions authorized by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
