Item is not commercial.  Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies.  Terms are stipulated as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination for FAT. The Delivery Objective is 30 days ARO for the delivery of Government First Article Exhibits, 120 days for Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor and 270 days for delivery of Production.  The requested total delivery would be 420 days. Subcontracting plan is not needed. Terms and Conditions for production unit is FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance is Origin.  Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
