This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 115 Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for multiple covers on the F-16 Aircraft, to be delivered to the Wisconsin Air National Guard, Truax Field, Madison WI 53704. This requirement is a 100% VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition. The NAICS code is 336413 and the size standard is 1000 Employees. The contractor shall provide the following items:

CLIN 0001: (ACESII) Ejection Seat Cover for F-16 Aircraft including embroidery. Quantity = 23 Ea. Seat Cover Color = Red, Seven (7) digit aircraft number shall be embroidered on each seat cover, Embroidery size is 2 each number, Embroider color = White.

CLIN 0002: F-16 Heads-up Display Unit (HUD) Cover including embroidery. Quantity = 22 Ea. HUD Cover Color = Red, Seven (7) digit aircraft number shall be embroidered on each HUD Cover, Embroidery size is 1 each number, Embroider color = White.

CLIN 0003: F-16 Inlet Vinyl Cover (Large Mouth) with Vinyl Pouch including embroidery. Quantity = 22 Ea. Vinyl Pouch size is 3x12x15, Inlet Cover Color = Red, Seven (7) digit aircraft number shall be embroidered on each Pouch, Embroidery size is 3 each number, Embroider color = White.

CLIN 0004: F-16 GE Exhaust Vinyl Cover including embroidery. Quantity = 22 Ea. Exhaust Vinyl Cover Color = Red, Seven (7) digit aircraft number shall be embroidered on each Exhaust Vinyl Cover, Embroidery size is 3 each number, Embroider color = White.

CLIN 0005: Shipping to 115th MXG, 3110 Mitchell Street, Building 400, Madison, WI 53704.

Final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912J2-09-R-1001. The offeror shall include descriptive literature such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item being offered. The item is to be delivered FOB Destination within 45 days ARO to the following address: 115 MXG, 3110 Mitchell Street, Building 400, Madison, WI 53704.
